OVERVIEW

The automatic potentiometric titrator is an analytical instrument designed according to the principle of potentiometric titration and used for volume analysis. Select the appropriate indicator electrode and reference electrode and the measured solution to form a working battery. With the addition of the titrant, the concentration of the measured ions changes continuously due to the chemical reaction, and the potential of the indicator electrode changes accordingly. Near the end of the titration, the measured ion concentration changes suddenly, causing a sudden jump in the electrode potential. Therefore, the end point of the titration can be determined according to the sudden jump of the electrode potential. It can be used for chemical analysis of various components in various industries such as universities, scientific research institutions, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, drug testing, and metallurgy.

1.The instrument is controlled by a microprocessor, supports language switching, and is convenient and simple to use.

2.The instrument has a variety of titration modes including manual titration, repeated titration, preset end point titration, pre-titration, special titration modes including standard titration, blank titration, sample titration and other titration modes. The instrument uses different electrodes to perform different titrations, such as acid-base titration, redox titration, precipitation titration, complexometric titration, non-aqueous titration and other titration modes and functions such as pH measurement, potential measurement, and temperature measurement.

3.The instrument adopts an integrated automatic reversing valve device, which is automatically controlled by a microcomputer.

4.The instrument adopts an integrated metering pump design, which can accurately calculate and control the injection volume. It has the advantages of high accuracy of titration volume, good repeatability, and simple maintenance.

5.The pipes of the titration system are made of materials resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion, which can perform non-aqueous titration. The mixing system adopts PWM modulation technology and software speed regulation, which is stable and reliable.

6.The instrument is equipped with a temperature sensor interface, which can realize automatic temperature compensation.

7.The instrument can transmit the current measurement data to the computer in real time through the RS232 interface or the USB interface (optional) for subsequent data processing.

8.The instrument is equipped with a built-in micro printer, which can print the current measurement data in real time. The instrument is equipped with a large-capacity SD memory card, supports GLP specifications, and can store more than 2000 sets of titration results.
